Joe was incredible since day 1. I was in the unfortunate position of receiving an extremely severe charge based on little findings by the detective assigned which really put me in a bad position. From the very beginning Mr. Surman was on top of his game. Due to his persistence and expertise my charges were downgraded and eventually dismissed as Not Guilty. He also got my record expunged of the charges which gave me the ability to return to my job in the financial industry. Because of Joe I was able to get my life back to normal and there isn't anyone out there that could've gotten a better result for me. On top of the result he is an incredibly fair Lawyer.
